The Client Portfolio Management (CPM) team translates complex investment concepts, portfolio insights, and market perspectives into clear, compelling content for clients and prospects. The team develops and maintains investment and portfolio-focused materials, working with investment professionals, distribution partners and other stakeholders to reflect Harris | Oakmark’s investment philosophy, portfolio insights and long-term value investing approach.
The Assistant Vice President, CPM Content Specialist focuses on creating, managing and executing investment content and client communication materials. You will develop portfolio, performance and market-related content for clients and prospects, transforming investment insights, portfolio analysis and market developments into clear, accurate and compelling materials while managing recurring reporting deliverables, supporting thought leadership initiatives, and coordinating content projects from development through delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies and macroeconomic trends, combined with exceptional written communication, analytical and project management skills. Success in this role requires intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with stakeholders across the firm.

Actual annual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, and other job-related factors. If hired, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and is only one part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include a discretionary performance bonus and other Harris sponsored benefit programs.
Expected range for this Chicago-based role
$125,000 - $145,000 USD
