Our goal is to provide an exceptional client experience by serving as a strategic and trustworthy partner to maintain long-term relationships with clients.

  • Prepare materials for client meetings, reviews, due diligence meetings, and prospect presentations
  • Own and manage the client onboarding experience
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the team’s client service model
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of prior experience in Private Wealth Management (PWM), in a client-facing role working directly with high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Demonstrated knowledge of investment products, services and terminology, gained within a PWM or comparable private client environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform a wide variety of complex and confidential tasks with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple and conflicting deadlines with initiative and adaptability
  • Strong analytical skills and sound independent judgment to solve client issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate constructively within the department and the firm
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms
