Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, risk, and permanency in investigations daily.
• Evaluate unit performance using case readings and data reports.
• Hire, supervise, and develop staff; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Provide policy guidance and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure timekeeping and leave are accurately entered in CAPPS.

Education

Bachelor's degree + 2 years CPI/CPS experience
