Job summary

KTek Resourcing LLC seeks a senior Agentic AI Delivery Lead to guide enterprise-scale Agentic AI, GenAI, Data Modernization and AWS Cloud Transformation initiatives. The role merges technical leadership, solution architecture and executive stakeholder management to deliver secure, scalable AI and data platforms.

Candidate will oversee global teams, drive responsible AI practices and partner with business leadership to shape AI roadmaps, governance and program delivery across cloud ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across Data & Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud Transformation, Enterprise Architecture or Digital Transformation.
• 5+ years leading large-scale data, cloud, AI or analytics transformation programs.
• Proven experience delivering GenAI or Agentic AI solutions into production.
• Strong AWS experience with services such as S3, Glue, Redshift, EMR, Lambda, Step Functions, Lake Formation and SageMaker.
• Excellent executive communication, client management, estimation, governance and risk-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI and GenAI programs from strategy and solutioning through production and adoption.
• Oversee LLM, RAG, multi-agent, tool-calling and AI orchestration solutions.
• Lead enterprise data modernization, migration, data governance and platform transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical direction across AWS, data engineering, APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture and cloud security.
• Oversee modern data platforms including data lakes, warehouses, lakehouse, ETL/ELT and streaming architectures.
• Establish DevOps, DataOps, MLOps, CI/CD, observability, security and cost-optimization practices.
• Lead globally distributed teams of AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, Data Scientists, Product Owners, QA and DevOps professionals.
• Own program planning, estimation, staffing, governance, dependencies, risks and executive reporting.
• Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to define AI/data transformation roadmaps and business outcomes.
• Drive responsible AI practices including security, privacy, explainability, human oversight and AI governance.

Required Skills

• Strong AWS experience with services such as S3, Glue, Redshift, EMR, Lambda, Step Functions, Lake Formation and SageMaker.
• Strong understanding of RAG, LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, agent orchestration and multi-agent architectures.
• Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Spark/PySpark, Kafka, Delta Lake, Python and SQL.
• Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata, Lineage, MDM and Data Lifecycle Management.
• Experience with DevOps, DataOps, MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code.
• Excellent executive communication, client management, estimation, governance and risk-management skills.

Preferred

• P&C Insurance experience across Claims, Underwriting, Policy, Billing, Actuarial, Risk or Fraud.
• Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek or other insurance platforms.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with AI Governance, Responsible AI and Model Risk Management.
• AWS, PMP, SAFe, Scrum or relevant AI/Data certifications
