LHH Recruitment Solutions partnered with a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization seeks a Trade Spend & Deduction Management Specialist in Wayne, PA. This hybrid role (3 days onsite) offers temp-to-perm opportunities and pays $30–$32/hour.

You will manage trade spend data, deductions, and forecasting in TIM, partnering with sales to resolve discrepancies. Candidates should have at least 3+ years in trade spend/deduction management within CPG, strong Excel skills, and experience with

Qualifications

• 3+ years in trade spend, deduction management, collections, accounting, or CPG finance
• CPG experience required
• Experience with TIM systems preferred

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update shipment forecasts, promotional events, and trade spend data in TIM system
• Translate forecasted data from internal portals into TIM platform
• Review trade deductions and allocate by customer, category, and promo event
• Reconcile actual trade spend with financial reports for accuracy
• Partner with sales to research, validate, and resolve deductions at key retail customers
• Investigate unplanned or short-paid charges and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Serve as point of contact for deduction inquiries from internal teams and clients
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve deduction issues and prevent recurrences
• Retrieve and upload supporting trade, promo, and brand documentation to internal repositories
