Chomps, America's fastest-growing meat snack brand, is seeking an Associate, Sales - Target + Aldi to join our Mass sales team. You will own the operational backbone of our accounts: forecasting, replenishment, portal management and data analysis for Target and Aldi.

This role demands 3–5 years in strategy or replenishment, CPG experience, direct Target exposure and strong Excel skills. Travel up to 15% (Minneapolis area preferred).

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy, planning and/or replenishment management.
• CPG experience required.
• Direct Target experience is required (HQ & Brand/Broker experience is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Forecasting inputs and monthly forecast reviews.
• Manage item catalogue and replenishment within POL.
• Analyze consumption and Target data to identify trends.
• Co-own weekly recap emails to buyers.
