Job summary

unybrands is a remote-first, global sourcing and procurement team seeking a hands-on Sourcing Specialist. You will manage supplier communications, RFQs, and new product development timelines across multiple countries and time zones.

As you establish yourself, there is scope to take on greater commercial responsibility, including negotiations and category ownership, with direct exposure to a fast-growing portfolio of consumable brands.

Qualifications

• Fluent, confident written and spoken English.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for comparison models, lookups and pivots.

Responsibilities

• Act as a day-to-day contact for a portfolio of suppliers and manage commitments.
• Build relationships with factory-side counterparts—commercial, technical, production.
• Track supplier responsiveness, lead times, on-time delivery and open issues.
• Prepare and support supplier business reviews with data and actions.
• Run NPD projects from brief to first production with strict timelines.
• Coordinate sample rounds, packaging artwork, and labeling requirements.
• Maintain project trackers with status, owners and dates.
