This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to build and maintain a strong presence in retail locations resulting in increased sales and increased customers.

Responsibilities include, but is not limited, to

• Acquire new customers and increase retail sales
• Create and implement brand strategies (i.e. positioning, messaging, visual identity)
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (i.e. digital, social, traditional)
• Conduct and utilize market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences and competitive landscapes
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns
• Work with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
• Lead digital planning and activations
• Manage website, social media and e-commerce
  
  
  

Skills and qualifications

• 5+ years of CPG marketing experience
• High proficiency in digital marketing
• Ability to analyze and interpret market research
• Ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing
• Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns
• Ability to travel as needed
• This is an in-office role based in Dallas, we are not offering a relocation package.
