LC Marketing is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in San Diego, CA to join a hands-on team that moves opportunities forward. This role emphasizes organization, execution, and collaboration across marketing, sales, vendors and leadership.

You will coordinate materials, manage email campaigns, and support packaging, product launches and retailer projects from concept to completion in-office at our Rancho Bernardo location.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in marketing, project coordination or related experience.
• Strong organization, follow-through and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with project management platforms.
• Food, CPG, retail or agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sell sheets, presentations, marketing materials and sales tools.
• Own email outreach process.
• Manage creative requests from vendors, LCM + retailers, timelines, revisions and approvals.
• Gather and organize product information, photography, specifications and assets.
• Support packaging, product launches and retailer-specific projects.
• Coordinate product photography and sample needs.
• Conduct category, competitive and retailer research.
• Maintain project trackers, marketing files and asset libraries.
• Support website, email and company marketing initiatives.
• Work across sales, creative, vendors and leadership to keep projects moving.

LC Marketing is a food sales, marketing and commercialization partner working with manufacturers, brands and retailers across grocery, club, convenience, foodservice and other retail channels.

We work as an extension of our clients’ teams, connecting product development, marketing, creative, retail sales and execution to move opportunities forward.

LCM needs a Marketing Coordinator who is highly organized, resourceful and execution-focused. This is not a role for someone who wants to focus only on social media or big-picture marketing ideas. It is a hands-on position for someone who can take an idea or request, organize the pieces, coordinate the right people and make sure the finished work gets delivered.
