From product photography coordination and PDP copy workflow to catalog production and event support, this role makes the work possible. They work closely with Creative, Brand, Channel, Ecommerce, and Product teams across the organization, and report to the Marketing Program Manager. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION (Other duties may be assigned):
  • Coordinate product-level marketing asset workflows. Manage the seasonal process for product photography scheduling, asset delivery, and distribution. Coordinate PDP copy briefing, copywriting handoffs, QA review, and final upload to ecommerce and digital platforms. Ensure all product assets meet channel specs and seasonal deadlines.

  • Maintain the team's digital asset management (DAM) system. Organize, tag, and distribute finished assets using consistent naming conventions and version control. Serve as the internal resource for asset location, usage rights, and status. Keep the DAM current so teams spend time using assets, not searching for them.
  • Manage sample logistics for photo shoots and marketing activations. Coordinate with Product and Operations to ensure samples are available, tracked, and returned on schedule. Communicate status proactively to Creative and Brand teams.
  • Coordinate the on-product marketing (packaging) program. Manage seasonal refresh of packaging artwork (box labels, hang tags, warranty cards, and other inserts) and handle unique process items such as SMUs and collaborations. • Provide clear, timely communication on project status, asset availability, and event logistics to Brand, Channel, and Creative teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve daily workflows and reduce operational friction. Document processes, build checklists, and bring solutions - not just problems - to the Marketing Program Manager.
