Latent View Analytics Limited in the United States is seeking a CPG Business Head to own and scale the U.S. Consumer Packaged Goods portfolio with full P&L responsibility, reporting to the Chief Client Officer.

Location is Atlanta (preferred); NY/NJ open, with other U.S. locations considered. The role demands enterprise-scale portfolio ownership, analytics-led transformation, and strong executive relationship skills across business, IT and procurement.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience focusing on CPG with enterprise-scale portfolios.
Proven P&L ownership within a global tech/services or analytics organization.
Strong commercial acumen and external client relationship leadership.

Responsibilities

Own and scale the U.S. CPG portfolio with revenue growth and profitability responsibility.
Lead strategic account planning and multi-year growth roadmaps across priority clients.
Drive analytics-led transformations and convert opportunities to annuity revenue.
Build executive-level relationships across CXO and business-unit heads.
Establish governance across pricing, contracting, and margins.
Expand footprint through cross-sell and upsell of analytics capabilities.
Mentor and develop next-line leaders within the CPG vertical.
Drive value realization conversations with clients and ensure delivery excellence.
