Job summary

Confido Health, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Analyst for demand and supply planning modules. You will own getting customers live on Confido, translating how their planning teams operate into a working setup on our platform.

This role is highly executional, focusing on data, planning parameters, and workflows to ensure on-time, valuable implementations. You will report to the Head of Supply Chain and collaborate with customer demand and supply planning teams to align forecasts, inventory, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on planning at CPG brands.
• Experience in make-to-stock environments incl. forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, production planning, or S&OP.
• Strong understanding of how plans connect to inventory, service levels and operations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
• Comfortable working with data and planning systems, and with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations end to end for demand and supply planning modules from kickoff to go-live.
• Collaborate with customer teams to map forecasts and configure Confido to support planning processes.
• Configure platform to reflect customer inventory and production planning practices.
• Gather and validate data, identify gaps, and drive resolution.
• Manage implementation timelines, action items, and milestones with customers and internal teams.
• Train customer users to build repeatable planning workflows on the platform.
• Provide learnings back to product and engineering to speed future onboarding.
