Verify security clearances and coordinate escort duties.
Participate in recurring meetings.
Submit requests for service.
Write and update scenarios for operational planning.
Prepare quarterly and annual reports.
Complete Army Stationing and Installation Plan.
Participate in IPTs and coordination meetings.
Coordinate high visibility visits.
Safeguard and deliver Government materials.
Prepare meeting minutes.
Transport VTC equipment and ensure connectivity.
Develop training materials for professional development.
