Qualifications

• Active CPB license or equivalent credential required.
• 3–5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in technology, hardware distribution, or manufacturing favored.
• Strong knowledge of Florida tax rules and multi-state payroll.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end full-charge bookkeeping and month-end closes.
• Handle AP/AR, vendor payments, invoicing and collections.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, cards, inventory.
• Coordinate local payroll and state tax filings.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls.
• Track inventory movements and related costs.
