Responsibilities

• Performs CPAP/RAD setups in a timely and professional manner.
• May perform setup of oxygen equipment and other DME in patients' homes.
• Completes all required documentation and instructs patient on proper use.
• Cleans rental equipment on return and maintains warehouse/storage area.
• Monitors compliance reports and follows up with non-compliant patients.
• Handles patient requests for CPAP/RAD supplies including insurance verification and shipping.
• Manages center's oximetry process.
• Follows Safety & Regulatory Manual policies (OSHA, Emergency Planning).
• Participates in on-call responsibilities as size of center requires.
• Represents the company with professional appearance and patient care.
• May back up other staff during vacations or absences.
• Requires use of personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
