Job summary

externallincarecareers is seeking a dedicated staff member to manage CPAP/RAD setups, compliance monitoring, and patient education. The role includes home equipment setup, documentation, and coordinating supplies with insurance verification.

The position requires a valid driver's license, ability to read and communicate instructions clearly, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Responsibilities

• Performs CPAP/RAD setups in a timely and professional manner, may also set up oxygen equipment and other DME in patients' homes
• Completes required documentation and instructs patients on safe and proper use of equipment
• Cleans rental equipment upon return and maintains warehouse/storage area
• Monitors CPAP/RAD Compliance and follows up with non-compliant patients
• Handles requests for CPAP/RAD supplies including insurance verification and arranging shipment
• Monitors mdINR Compliance and follows up with non-compliant patients
• Manages the center's oximetry process and adheres to Safety & Regulatory Manual policies
• Participates in on-call responsibilities; may serve as backup to other staff
• Represents the company professionally and may assist during vacancies/absences
• Requires use of personal vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Must be able to read and interpret instructions and communicate them to patients
