Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment cleanliness, following safety policies, and participating in on-call coverage as needed. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required, along with completion of the company Equipment Certification Program.

Qualifications

• Must have good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Must be computer-literate.
• Must be able to read and interpret instructions and effectively communicate them to patients.

Responsibilities

• Performs CPAP/RAD setups in a timely and professional manner.
• May perform setup of oxygen equipment and other DME in patients' homes.
• Complete required documentation and instruct patients on safe use of equipment.
• Clean rental equipment and maintain warehouse organization.
• Monitor compliance reports and follow up with non-compliant patients.
• Handle patient requests for supplies and arrange shipping.
• Manage the center's oximetry process.
• Follow Safety & Regulatory Manual procedures including OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as required.
