Lincare Holdings Inc. is seeking a dedicated CPAP/RAD Technician to set up equipment in patients' homes and ensure proper usage and compliance.

You will handle equipment setup, supplies coordination, documentation, and on-call coverage, while maintaining safety standards and patient communication. A valid driver's license is required, and experience with home medical equipment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Must be computer-literate.
• Must be able to read and interpret instructions and effectively communicate them to patients.

Responsabilités

• Performs CPAP/RAD setups in a timely and professional manner.
• May perform setup of oxygen and other DME in patients' homes and document accordingly.
• Clean rental equipment and maintain warehouse organization.
• Monitor CPAP/RAD Compliance and follow up with non‑compliant patients.
• Handle patient requests for CPAP/RAD supplies, verify insurance, and arrange shipping.
• Monitor mdINR Compliance and follow up with non-compliant patients.
• Manage the center's oximetry process and participate in on-call duties.
• Represent the company with professional appearance and patient care activities.
• May serve as backup to other employees during vacations or absences.
• Required to use a personal vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.
