Job summary

Lincare Holdings Inc. seeks a patient-focused technician to set up CPAPs and Respiratory Assist Devices (RADs) in patients' homes, ensure proper use, and maintain CPAP/RAD compliance.

You will manage CPAP/RAD supplies, answer patient inquiries, and document all activities in accordance with center policies. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and completion of the Equipment Certification Program.

Qualifications

• Completion of company's Equipment Certification Program.

Responsibilities

• Set up CPAP/RADs in patients' homes in a timely and professional manner.
• Instruct patient on safe and proper use of equipment and complete required documentation.
• Clean and return rental equipment; maintain warehouse/storage area.
• Monitor CPAP/RAD and mdINR compliance and follow up with non-compliant patients.
• Manage CPAP/RAD supplies requests and arrange shipping to patients.
• Support the center's oximetry process and participate in on-call duties as needed.
