Lincare Holdings Inc. is seeking a dedicated healthcare support professional in Louisiana to perform CPAP/RAD setups, manage supplies, and ensure safe operation of home medical equipment.

The role involves in-clinic and in-home activities, documentation, patient education, and on-call rotations. Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and completion of the company Equipment Certification Program.

Competenze

• Must have clear communication skills for patient instruction.
• Must be computer-literate and able to document activities.
• Must read and interpret instructions and convey them to patients.

Mansioni

• Performs CPAP and RAD setups in a timely, professional manner.
• May set up oxygen equipment and other DME in patients' homes.
• Complete required documentation and instruct patients on safe use.
• Clean rental equipment and maintain warehouse organization.
• Monitor CPAP/RAD and mdINR compliance, follow up as needed.
• Respond to patient requests for supplies and coordinate shipments.
• Manage center's oximetry process and participate in on-call rotations.
• Represent the company professionally and support coverage during absences.
• Use personal vehicle for center duties and maintain a valid driver's license.
