Job summary

Lincare is seeking a field-focused role in Ruston, LA to set up CPAP/RAD devices, maintain compliance, and handle patient supply orders. You will ensure proper documentation, educate patients on equipment use, and maintain cleanliness of the workspace.

The role may include on-call responsibilities and backup support during staff absences. Eligibility requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and completion of the Equipment Certification Program.

Qualifications

• Must have good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Must be computer-literate.
• Must be able to read and interpret instructions and effectively communicate them to patients.

Responsibilities

• Set up CPAP/RAD and related equipment in a timely, professional manner.
• Clean and manage rental equipment and warehouse areas.
• Monitor CPAP/RAD and mdINR compliance; follow up with non-compliant patients.
• Process patient requests for supplies including insurance verification and shipping arrangements.
• Manage oximetry process and participate in on-call responsibilities.
• Represent the company in patient care; may back up other staff when needed.
• Require use of personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
