Job summary

You will ensure proper packaging, maintain device inventory, and communicate order and stock status with management to keep fulfillment accurate and on schedule.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety compliance, and professional patient interactions. Light lifting and occasional overtime or weekend work may be required to meet monthly orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read and interpret instructions.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Computer-literate with MS Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and ships CPAP/Bilevel equipment.
• Ensures proper packaging to avoid damage of equipment in transit.
• Keeps daily inventory of devices.
• Proper communication with management on pending orders and inventory status.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of warehouse/storage area.
• Follows applicable policies and procedures including Safety & Regulatory Manual.
• Represents the company through professional appearance, actions, and patient care activities.
• May serve as a backup to other employees for vacation, illness, or absenteeism.
• May work overtime and/or on Saturdays to fulfill monthly orders.
