Job summary

Lincare Holdings Inc. is seeking a Specialty Equipment Technician to package and ship CPAP and Bilevel devices in a warehouse in Clearwater, FL. The role emphasizes accurate packaging, inventory control, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

The technician will communicate with management about orders and inventory, maintain a tidy warehouse, and may cover for colleagues as needed. Some overtime or weekend hours may be required to fulfill monthly orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions.
• Ability to work independently or in a group.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and ships CPAP/Bilevel equipment
• Ensures proper packaging to avoid damage of equipment in transit
• Keeps daily inventory of devices
• Proper communication with management on pending orders and inventory status
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of warehouse/storage area
• Follows applicable policies and procedures of the company, including those in the Safety & Regulatory Manual including but not limited to General Safety, OSHA, and Emergency Planning
• Represents the company through professional personal appearance, actions, and patient care activities
• May serve as a backup to other employees for vacation, illness, or other periods of absenteeism
• May be required to work overtime and/or on Saturdays to ensure orders are fulfilled for the month
