Lincare Holdings is seeking a Specialty Equipment Technician to package and ship CPAP and Bilevel devices within a warehouse setting. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, adherence to safety policies, and professional patient interaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, coordinating with management on orders, and supporting operations. Candidates should have strong communication and computer skills, and be able to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and ships CPAP/Bilevel equipment.
• Ensures proper packaging to avoid damage of equipment in transit.
• Keeps daily inventory of devices.
• Proper communication with management on pending orders and inventory status.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of warehouse/storage area.
• Follows applicable policies and procedures, including OSHA and safety planning.
• Represents the company through professional appearance and patient care activities.
• May serve as a backup to other employees for vacation or illness.
• May be required to work overtime and/or Saturdays to fulfill orders for the month.
