In Channel Sales, you will generate new business via referral partners, CPA collaborations, and outbound outreach, building revenue with a 1–2 week sales cycle for small businesses. You’ll own the prospecting-to-closing process and drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Early-career sales professionals with 1–5 years of relevant experience.
• Coachability and ability to quickly apply feedback.
• Experience working toward goals or quotas and demonstrated leadership through activities or organizations.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
