Job summary

Kemper CPA Group LLP is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist in Evansville, Indiana. This role is part of the Administrative Services Department and drives all live and virtual learning initiatives, including CPE and CPA exam support, to help growth of staff and the firm.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in a professional role, a relevant degree, and strong communication skills. The position is full-time with overtime during peak seasons, offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in learning and development, HR, accounting, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience with individual accountability.
• Experience in public accounting or professional services preferred.
• CPA, HR, or L&D designation preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live and virtual firm-wide learning and development curriculum.
• Develop annual L&D calendar and catalog and manage events.
• Identify, negotiate with external course providers and manage instructors.
• Coordinate internal course instructors for training.
• Serve as in-person or virtual training instructor when appropriate.
• Coordinate and manage leadership development programs.
• Assist with CPA Exam enrollment and cohort management.
• Develop individualized learning plans to support career paths.
• Pursue continuous improvement of all L&D programs.
• Oversee LMS LCvista and provide user support.
