Job summary

Eide Bailly in Mankato, MN is seeking a Tax Intern to support the firm during the busy seasons of 2027 and 2028. You will gather tax information, assist teams, and learn how individual and corporate filings are prepared within a collaborative, professional environment.

You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and plan to sit for the CPA license. You must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering relevant tax-related information from a client so an accurate tax return can be prepared.

• Assist in preparing a high-level return for a multi-million-dollar manufacturing company or high-net-worth individual.
• Look at tax situations from various angles to ensure the maximum tax benefit is applied.
• Network and build relationships across the Firm.

Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. The hourly rate for this position is $26.00/hour. Interns are eligible for health insurance and 401(k) Profit Sharing.
