Robinson, Farmer, Cox Associates, LLC (RFC) seeks a CPA Firm Administrator to lead the firm’s operations, administration, and financial management across five Virginia offices, ensuring efficient daily workflows and high-quality client service.

The role blends leadership, financial acumen, process optimization, and HR coordination to support partners and staff, manage budgeting, billing, payroll, IT, contracts, and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of office management or administrative leadership in a professional services firm.
• Strong understanding of accounting workflows, financial management, and firm operations.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, discretion and professionalism.
• Experience with payroll, HR, and benefits administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the firm, with attention to efficiency and compliance.
• Manage billing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and vendor relations.
• Coordinate IT security and technology partners; support IT operations.
• Support partners meetings, including agenda development and materials.
