Job summary

Robinson, Farmer, Cox Associates (RFC) seeks a CPA Firm Administrator to lead the firm’s operations, administration, and financial management across Virginia offices. You will ensure efficient service delivery, staff support, and partners can focus on strategic growth and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Accounting, Legal Finance, or a related field required.
• MBA, CPA or JD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily firm operations, events, scheduling, communications and workflow.
• Monitor and optimize internal processes for efficiency, accuracy and compliance.
• Manage vendor contracts and technology partners to support operations.
• Serve as primary IT liaison and coordinate with the Network Administrator.
• Assist partners meetings with agenda, materials and coordination.
• Provide IT security, backup and update oversight.
• Assist Treasurer with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Oversee billing, accounts receivable/payable, payroll and benefits administration.
• Collaborate with partners on financial planning and profitability analysis.
• Support HR in staff policies, evaluations and development.
• Foster a professional, collaborative office culture.
• Assist in managing client engagements and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and maintain information security.
