Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a skilled Corporate Accounting Manager to lead our corporate accounting operations within one of the largest US homebuilders.

You will supervise staff, manage month-end close, and ensure consolidation across subsidiaries with strict internal controls and GAAP compliance. The role requires CPA certification, 5+ years in accounting or audit, and experience with ERP systems like Oracle, Blackline, Workiva, and TM1.

Qualificações

• Active CPA Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of progressing accounting or audit experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience with public accounting, audits, internal controls, SOX compliance, corporate accounting or consolidations.
• Demonstrated experience providing leadership, guidance, or oversight to accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily corporate accounting operations, overseeing staff, reviewing entries, schedules, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Prepare and review financial reports and conduct complex accounting functions for consolidated and subsidiary entities.
• Conduct analytics and flux analysis for SG&A, I/S, and Balance Sheet items for internal and ad-hoc reporting.
• Perform data queries in Oracle E1 and TM1 for executive review, SEC reporting, and consolidations.
• Lead audits and prepare supporting materials to ensure internal controls and policies are followed.
• Set short-term goals to support timely close processes and improve workflows.
• Collaborate with finance, treasury, payroll, audit, SEC & tax teams to ensure data alignment.
