The Opportunity

We're seeking a CPA-qualified Quality of Earnings Analyst to lead a full-scope QofE analysis for a $20M home health care provider. You will deliver a detailed Excel workbook and executive report to support a private equity acquisition.

What You'll Do :

• Analyze 2 fiscal years plus YTD financials
• Identify earnings quality, risks, and non-recurring items
• Deliver a comprehensive QofE report tailored to private equity needs
• Collaborate closely with our team and client

What We're Looking For :

• Active CPA license (required)
• 5+ years experience in financial due diligence / QofE
• Experience with private equity-backed deals
• Healthcare / home health experience preferred
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Clear communication and report-writing abilities
