Job summary

Soliant is seeking a skilled CVOR Tech to support a cardiovascular operating room team in a dynamic hospital setting. You will work closely with surgeons and nurses to prepare rooms, manage instruments, and ensure sterile conditions in a high-stakes environment.

The ideal candidate holds CVOR Tech certification or equivalent, has proven cardiovascular OR experience, and demonstrates strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• CVOR Tech certification or equivalent required.
• Experience in cardiovascular operating room procedures required.
• Familiarity with instrumentation, sterile techniques and surgical protocols.
• Ability to work under high-pressure conditions and maintain composure.
• Strong communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• BLS and/or ACLS certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for cardiovascular surgeries ensuring sterility and availability of equipment.
• Assist surgeons and nursing staff during procedures by handling surgical tools and room setup.
• Monitor equipment and troubleshoot intraoperative issues.
• Adhere to infection control standards and facility safety policies.
• Assist with surgical specimen preparation and documentation.
• Maintain detailed logs and records per organizational protocols.
• Participate in post-operative turnover and equipment sterilization.

$2,178 - $2,304/WeekEstimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
