Connex Education is working with secondary schools across Chesterfield and the surrounding areas to recruit confident and reliable Cover Supervisors for flexible assignments. Cover Supervisors provide important support when members of teaching staff are absent, supervising students while they complete work prepared by their teachers. You will work across different subjects, communicate instructions clearly and help maintain a purposeful classroom environment.
Each school will have its own routines and expectations, so adaptability and confidence in following policies are important. This opportunity may suit graduates considering teaching, education professionals, or candidates with relevant experience gained through coaching, mentoring, youth work or similar roles.
