This role involves supporting across all subject areas, ensuring pupils are provided with a safe learning environment and completing lesson reviews to brief returning staff on classes covered.

Connex Education are recruiting for a dedicated and proactive Cover Supervisor within this well-established Secondary school. This role involves supporting across all subject areas, ensuring that the pupils are provided with a safe working environment that allows them to learn effectively, as well as completing lesson reviews that provide the returning staff member with information about the classes that have been covered. The successful candidate will be able to remain calm under pressure, think on their feet and build positive relationships with young people who require additional support, whilst following and adhering to the schools safeguarding and behaviour policies.
