Qualifications

• Degree OR GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above for both or equivalent Functional Skill Level 2)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with pupils and staff.
• Adaptable and resilient when working across different subjects and year groups.
• Completed Connex Education/Academize Effective Cover Supervision training.
• Full enhanced DBS certificate
• Completed Connex Education onboarding process

Responsibilities

• Support across all subject areas in the classroom.
• Ensure pupils learn in a safe working environment and provide lesson reviews for staff.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
