SUMMARY :

This person is t rained in both the process and the packaging areas of the operation. The Cover Person is able to fill in at various jobs at times of need or problem situations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• - Understands the essential duties and responsibilities of the process areas (batching, filling, packaging, and packaging driving).
• - Designated break, lunch relief, and fill in for team members who are absent for the process and packaging area.
• - Understands the Critical Control Points, routine, daily checks, and the documentation required in all production areas.
• - Adheres to and understands Safety programs.
• - Understands and uses current Good Manufacturing Practices to perform work.
• - Understands and uses the Standard Operating Procedures for the area.
• - Train and mentor new employees, as required .
• - Other duties as assigned.
