Job summary

Courtyard Pittsburgh Airport is looking for a Cook I to prepare and present high-quality menu items while supporting daily kitchen operations in line with recipes, portion standards, and safety guidelines.

You will manage assigned stations during prep and service, maintain cleanliness, follow food safety regulations, and contribute to a fast-paced, guest-focused kitchen.

Qualifications

• Culinary/kitchen experience preferred (1–2 years).
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to work independently within assigned stations.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality and consistency.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.
