Courtyard Manhattan Central Park by Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Director of Safety & Security. You will lead safety initiatives, develop comprehensive security strategies, and drive innovation to keep guests and staff safe in one of NYC’s premier hotels.

Role requires extensive leadership in security, crisis management, and collaboration with corporate and hotel leadership. Competitive compensation and full-time benefits accompany this executive position.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Security, or a related field is required (hotel or related industry experience preferred).
• 7–10 years of safety and security management experience, including business, people, administrative, preventative, investigatory practices and OSHA responsibilities.
• Valid state driver’s license and completion of required state security training, background checks, and CPR/First Aid/AED/AHLA Certified Lodging Security Supervisor within 60 days of hire.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Security, or a related field required; hotel or related industry experience preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in safety and security management, including business, people, administrative, preventative, investigatory practices, and legal responsibilities such as OSHA compliance.
• Valid state driver’s license and completion of required state security training, background checks, and certifications (CPR, First Aid, AED, and AHLA Certified Lodging Security Supervisor within 60 days of hire).
