Job summary

Courtyard Grand Junction is seeking a Banquets Server to join our team in Grand Junction, CO. The role requires open availability including weekends, with some weeks possibly closer to full-time hours.

You will provide energetic, high-quality service at events, ensuring guests feel welcomed and attended to from start to finish. Compensation is $15.75/hour with full-time schedule and benefits after the waiting period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, along with experience in a hotel or related field.
• Prior experience in banquet service or hospitality is preferred.
• Certification in Alcohol Awareness and Food Handling, as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and hospitality to ensure memorable interactions.
• Engage with guests and teammates to maintain lively, seamless service.
• Transform banquet spaces into picture-perfect settings with attention to detail.
