Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Server for our Fort Lauderdale Beach hotel dining team. You will warmly greet guests, take orders, and ensure a seamless dining experience with professional service and menu knowledge.

This role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and beverage service, while maintaining a clean, safe dining area and supporting cash handling and safety protocols during each shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hospitality or food & beverage service experience is a plus.
• Must obtain and maintain any required certifications (e.g., Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler’s Card) as per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take accurate orders, and ensure guest needs are met from start to finish.
• Know menu details, assist guests with dietary needs, and support alcohol service guidelines.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and accurately with attention to detail.
• Juggle multiple tables while keeping areas clean and organized.
• Handle transactions and close checks following company and security protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in compliance with hygiene standards.

• Table Tactician: Juggle multiple tables with ease, keeping service smooth, spaces clean, and your cool in high-pressure moments.
• Payment Pro: Handle transactions with precision, close checks confidently, and follow all company and security protocols like a seasoned cashier.
• Cleanliness Champion: Keep the service area spotless and safe, following hygiene regulations and certification standards without missing a beat.
• Stamina Specialist: Stay energized and on your feet — lifting, bending, and moving with strength and endurance throughout your shift.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage service is a plus.
