Courtyard Fort Lauderdale Beach is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver warm welcomes, seamless check-ins, and guest-focused service at the lobby desk on-site, strengthening our reputation for hospitality.

You’ll manage reservations, assist guests with requests, process payments, and coordinate with housekeeping and other teams to ensure smooth operations and a memorable guest experience. Professionalism, clear communication, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and MS Office.
• Ability to handle guest interactions professionally and efficiently.
