• Bridge teams and clients; coordinate internal and external communications to ensure alignment.
• Greet clients and team members professionally; coordinate small group sales and elevate meetings to memorable experiences.
• Schedule arrangements on regular, weekend, or holiday shifts to cover hotel needs.
