KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communication:Effectively communicate with guests and team members to coordinate service and address any needs or concerns.
• Attention to Detail:Set up and serve banquet functions according to hotel standards, ensuring all details are attended to.
• Time Management:Manage time efficiently to ensure prompt and efficient service during events, from setup to breakdown.
• Problem-Solving:Address guest complaints and issues calmly, referring them to management when necessary.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
