Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field or culinary school graduate.
• Food Handlers Certification required (state requirements).

• Strong communicator who actively listens and conveys ideas clearly.

• Prepare and supervise food items with precision to meet high standards of quality and presentation.
• Lead and assist kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations and consistent high-quality food and service.
• Anticipate challenges and resolve issues to keep kitchen operations running smoothly.
