Aimbridge Hospitality LLC in Golden, CO is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure top-notch cleanliness at the Courtyard Denver West. You'll supervise a team of room attendants, enforce standards, and coordinate with the housekeeping manager while maintaining a safe, efficient, and guest-focused environment.

Weekend availability is required, and the schedule is typically 8a-5p.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations with inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
• Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and hands-on training.
• Handle lost-and-found items, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas with safety in mind.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision —inspections, reports, and productivity checks are your jam. You make sure everything runs smoothly and up to standard.
• Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point.
• Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files—all while keeping safety top of mind.
• Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. You're the reason everything looks fresh, feels safe, and exceeds expectations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
