Job summary

ASM Global is seeking a guest-focused Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for Club Members in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, take food and beverage orders, promote feast items, and ensure accurate handling of payments.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Fluency in English is required, with bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Must possess the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Demonstrates and follows all rules and regulations regarding alcohol service.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain feast items.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Know and explain menu and feast items and features.
• Record special needs and notes for orders.
• Demonstrate safe alcohol service procedures.
• Keep work area clean and well stocked.
• Handle payments for food and beverage orders.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
