Job summary

ASM Global is seeking a guest-focused Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for Club Members in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, take food and beverage orders, promote feast items, and ensure accurate handling of payments.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Fluency in English is required, with bilingual Spanish a plus.

Job description

Servers are responsible to provide exceptional guest service to the Club Members by greeting guests, taking food and drink orders and promoting a great dining experience.

Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for setting up and maintaining feast items
• Responsible for taking food and beverage orders from guests
• Demonstrates a knowledge of menu and or feast items and features
• Take food orders, making note of anu special needs
• Demonstrates and follows all rules and regulations regarding alcohol service
• Keeps the work area clean and sufficiently stocked
• Secures payment for food and beverage orders
• Provides outstanding customer service
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume club or restaurant
