Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent is required.
• Prior law enforcement, security, or military experience is preferred.
• Any combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities identified in this job posting may also be considered.

Responsabilités

• Monitors courtroom entrance and access points to ensure security requirements are met.
• Operates metal detector and screening equipment to screen individuals entering the courtroom.
• Inspects bags and belongings for prohibited items per security procedures.
• Maintains a calm, respectful demeanor when interacting with upset or disruptive individuals.
• Conducts or assists with warrant checks and coordinates with officers and court personnel on warrants.
