Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) in Dallas, TX seeks a Courtroom Presentation Specialist to provide litigation support using Trail Director and Sanction. You will collaborate with the trial team, including expert witnesses, to develop plans for trials or hearings and ensure the courtroom presentation system runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate will create simple graphics, advise on exhibit sequences, synchronize clips with transcripts, and coordinate remote or virtual trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Extensive trial experience.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for out-of-town trials.

Responsibilities

• Develop trial/hearing plans using courtroom presentation systems.
• Collaborate with trial team and expert witnesses.
• Ensure smooth operation of the courtroom presentation system.
• Synchronize video clips with transcripts.
• Coordinate remote/virtual trials for the firm.
