Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Courtroom Presentation Specialist to support the Department of Justice in Washington, DC. You will work with trial teams to develop plans, prepare exhibits, and ensure the courtroom presentation system runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include digitizing and synchronizing media, advising attorneys on exhibit effectiveness, and handling scripting and setup across trials. Must travel and can require long hours; Trial Director/OnCue experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Trial Director and OnCue courtroom packages.
• Excellent oral communication and team collaboration in high-pressure settings.
• Experience crafting exhibits and graphics for trials.
• US citizen able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Willing to travel and work long hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans with the trial team and expert witnesses.
• Prepare exhibit images for highlighting or side-by-side display.
• Create simple graphics/exhibits using standard software.
• Advise attorneys on the effectiveness of exhibits.
• Ensure smooth operation of the courtroom presentation system.
• Digitize audio and video clips.
• Synchronize clips with transcripts.
• Serve as the primary contractor staff for trial preparation and presentation.
